Returns and exchanges will be accepted for non-decorated items 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Final sale marked items are non-returnable.
Defective merchandise provided by Promotions Plus can be returned or exchanged for an equally valued item. Merchandise provided by the customer must be free of defects or damage as Promotions Plus will not be responsible for replacements.
Returned purchases may be brought in or shipped to our location.If the merchandise is defective, we will provide a return label.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.
